The Good!   Cheetachat 6.3.28 was to be the last of the line as I understand it for this version of the Cheetachat client however I understand there is a 6.3.77 version with Cam Support soon to be released. It has several good features such the most colorful screen in the chat world I know of with Avatars and text fades and font support. It has a pretty large or did have, support network and is useful on more than one chat server. It even has file transfer, sound support and other countless options making it a very talented client.

The Not so Good..    This client needs a lot of computer. At nearly 4mb of download, it is about double the size of the next client choice. It does have problems too. Security concerns with some ActiveX applications are supposed to be patched but there is still the annoying problem of the cstub.exe file remaining active event after exiting the client. Which means you either go to your task manager and manual kill that process, hope it stops it's self, or reboot to get all your system resources back. Also due to the amount of system resources used to run the client, it means that those with limited memory or wishing to run other software while running the client can have some problems with running out of resources. The last big problem is that it comes with the option to include Gator with the install. It is not hard to remove or refuse it while installing it but it does leave the some Gator stuff unless you remove it (FSG.EXE) See this Kill the Gator link if wish to remove it. ( recommended. )...
